What's the difference between Starter and Business?

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Reach out through your dashboard or email us and our team will scope the upgrade, migrate everything over, and adjust your invoice going forward. There's no self-service upgrade button — it's handled by a real person to make sure nothing breaks.

How do payments work?

One-time setup fee at purchase, then monthly hosting invoiced separately. We don't keep a card on file — each invoice is paid manually from your dashboard via Cash App, Zelle, or Chime. Need to change billing details? Just message us from your dashboard.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. Send us written notice — a message from your dashboard or an email works — before your next billing date, and we'll process the cancellation. Your site stays live through the period you've already paid for. We'll export your files and help move the domain if you want to leave. No lock-in.

How long does it take?

Starter sites are typically live in 3–5 business days. Business plans take 7–14 days depending on content volume and number of revisions. Custom work is scoped with a clear timeline before we start.

How many revisions do I get?

Starter includes one round of revisions. Business includes two rounds plus priority turnaround on feedback. We keep it efficient so your site launches on time.

Do I have to provide photos and content?

We strongly prefer you provide real photos, logo, and copy — it makes the site feel like yours. If you need help, we can recommend stock sources or write basic copy for an additional fee.

Can I pick from your templates?

Yes. Browse the Templates gallery and we can start from one of our proven designs or build something completely custom.

Do I own my website?

100%. The domain is registered in your name, all content and code belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand over the full source and DNS records. No lock-in.

What about my existing domain?

We can either point your current domain at the new site or register a new one for you through Cloudflare. You stay in full control of the registrar.

Is SEO included?

Yes — clean semantic markup, fast load times, proper headings, mobile-first responsive design, and Google indexing are included on every site. We also set up a basic sitemap and meta tags.

How fast and secure will the site be?

All sites run on fast hosting with SSL, automatic security patches, and performance monitoring. Business and Custom plans include extra speed checks and priority fixes.

What kind of support do I get?

Every site includes ongoing maintenance and support. Chat with our AI support bot anytime from the widget on any page, or submit an Edit Request from your dashboard. Response is usually within 24 hours; Business customers get priority.

Can I make changes after the site launches?

Yes. Small text or photo updates are included. Larger changes (new pages, features) are scoped as paid work or can be handled through an upgraded plan. Just submit an Edit Request from your dashboard.

Do you work with businesses outside Indiana?

Absolutely. We're Indiana-based but serve clients across the entire U.S. All work is remote via video calls, shared docs, and our dashboard. Location is never a barrier.
