1. Services
Rowdy Designs provides web design and development services including but not limited to website design, hosting setup, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are described in the package selected at purchase.
2. Payment Terms
A one-time setup fee is due at project initiation. Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Late payments may result in service suspension.
3. Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once design work has begun. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation of monthly services takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the setup fee, the client owns the design and content created specifically for their project. Rowdy Designs retains ownership of reusable code, frameworks, and tools used in development. The client grants Rowdy Designs the right to display the completed project in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rowdy Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Rowdy Designs reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
