1. Services

Rowdy Designs provides web design and development services including but not limited to website design, hosting setup, maintenance, and related digital services. All services are described in the package selected at purchase.

2. Payment Terms

A one-time setup fee is due at project initiation. Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are made manually via Cash App, Zelle, or Chime. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Refund Policy

We don't collect payment until your website is complete and you're satisfied with the result. You won't be charged until you've reviewed the finished site and given your approval.

If you choose to cancel before the project is complete, any partial payments made during the build may be refunded at our discretion based on the work completed to date. Once the site is delivered, approved, and payment is collected, that payment is final.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, the client owns the design and content created specifically for their project. Rowdy Designs retains ownership of reusable code, frameworks, and tools used in development. The client grants Rowdy Designs the right to display the completed project in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rowdy Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Rowdy Designs reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.
